🫰 Pricing: How Much Does This Cost?

Unlike other compensation advisory and negotiation services, I won't take a cut of your future earnings. It's a flat fee based on seniority that's not due until you've signed an offer.

  • Director or equivalent = $1,995
  • VP / SVP or equivalent = $2,495
  • CXO (CEO, COO, CRO, CMO, etc.) or equivalent = $2,995

This one-time fee comes with a guarantee that if we don't improve the value of your initial offer by at least $20k, you won't owe a dime. It's worth noting that in many cases, I've helped negotiate millions of dollars of additional value in performance-based bonuses, milestone payments, equity and other areas, and the fee has been well worth the investment many times over.

😱 What If They Pull Your Offer?

There's no such thing as zero risk in negotiation. It's always possible that a company could pull your offer if you negotiate poorly; however, in my experience, that's very, very rare—especially at senior levels when they've already extended an offer.

To be clear, I cannot guarantee any outcomes. I can only advise you to the best of my abilities. To date, I've never had anyone lose an offer, and I wouldn't take on anyone in the first place whom I wasn't reasonably confident I could help.
