Together, we'll review your base, bonuses, benefits, equity, severance, and other perks to make a personalized plan that helps you negotiate more—either for your current role or new opportunities.

  • 1-Hour Video Session with Me: We'll dive deep into what's in the way of your career progression and how to improve your total comp.
  • Benchmark Analysis: We'll go through every element of your compensation and compare it to industry benchmarks to see what you're missing out on.
  • Detailed Action Plan: After our call, I'll provide a follow-up report indicating my recommendations. It will include what to negotiate next, how to negotiate it, and when to take action with suggestions and talk-tracks.
